Diploma in Law & Management (with Merit), Temasek Polytechnic, 2015 LLB (Hons), University of Bristol, 2018 Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020 Experience and Areas of Practice Cheryl’s primary interest is in family law and she has appeared in the Family Justice Courts and in the High Court in contested matrimonial proceedings, maintenance applications, PPO applications, probate applications and mental capacity proceedings. Cheryl also practices general litigation and dispute resolution. She assists the Managing Partner in a wide range of litigation matters before the Supreme Court and the State Courts, including acting for corporations and individuals. Additionally, Cheryl is involved in non-contentious matters such as drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney. Cheryl is trilingual in English, Mandarin and the Hokkien dialect.
