Experience and Areas of Practice
Mr Namazie is the Managing Partner of Mallal & Namazie. He has served as a Council member of the law society from 1976 to 1987, as well as a member of various subcommittees since admission to the bar.
Mr Namazie has developed an extensive practice in both litigation and solicitor’s work with particular emphasis on property and trust-related matters.
Mr Namazie also specializes in Islamic law and practice, with special focus on Muslim succession and inheritance, wakafs, Islamic burial, Islamic contracts, halal issues, Islamic conversion and Islamic family law. He has written articles and delivered papers at various forums on Muslim Estate and Wakaf related matters.
